International Days in Teacher Education 2025

The International Days in Teacher Education 2025 will take place on 21 October 2025  (Erlangen) and on 28 October 2025 (Nuremberg) at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) as part of the “FAU Lehramt International” project.

As part of the International Days, a broad range of information and consultation services for international activities in the teacher training program will be offered. Students and teaching staff from FAU and the partner universities will have the opportunity to network and exchange knowledge and best practices in teaching. Partner universities from abroad are introduced, students and teaching staff are informed about opportunities for international mobility, encouraged to network and given advice on preparing for student and teaching staff exchanges.

Implementation is coordinated by the steering group of “FAU Teache Education International”. The project team is available for questions and suggestions:  zfl-lehramt-international@fau.de

The International Days take place in presence:

  • 21 October, 2025 (Erlangen): Exhibition room & foyer of the Erlangen University Library (Schuhstraße 1a, 91052 Erlangen)
  • 28 October, 2025  (Nuremberg): Foyer Mensa building and meeting room (room 0.031)(Campus Regensburger Straße 160, 90478 Nuremberg)

There will be an all-day exhibition as well as consultation offers from 10:00 – 15:00.

The program of the international week will be announced soon.

Contributions by International Partners: International partners are welcome to participate in the international days and contribute (e.g. by introducing their institution, information on international activities).
