Virtual Mobility

Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, “FAU Teacher Education International” promoted virtual mobility for students of teacher education at FAU. However, the pandemic has demonstrated the great relevance of virtual mobility.

At FAU, you can participate in virtual mobility by attending international web-based courses. Within those courses, you are working together with international students from partner universities on common topics. You will discuss common topics and reflect perspectives from different countries. Further information on web-based courses can be found here.

Moreover, you can participate in virtual international weeks and further web-based courses offered by partner universities (e.g. by members of the European Teacher Education Network). For example, the International Week in Teacher Education 2020, which was an online event, offered the opportunity to attend virtual seminars with international students and networking events in which you were able to connect with international students.
